Hey, I'm Shawna!

I am a follower of Jesus and the Lord our Father, Wife, Mother of seven amazing humans, and Nona to three beautiful littles. I am passionate about natural healing and getting to the root cause of dis-ease. After being diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer in October 2025, and helping to support my health through treatment, I am hoping to be able to support others through their health journey! I firmly believe God has given us the tools in our environment to heal ourselves, we just need to learn our bodies and use what God intended for us. I am excited to bring anyone with me on this journey who aligns with the belief of our God given sovereignty and the natural right to use what He has given us to live our lives as healthy as he intended us to be.
